      Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

      Shipping Information

      All apparel orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of their purchase date. All orders containing mugs, glasses and framed prints ship within 5-7 business days of the purchase date. We use USPS First Class mail to ship packages lighter than 13 oz. and USPS Priority Mail for packages heavier than 13 oz. Standard domestic transit time for First Class is anywhere from 2-5 days; for Priority Mail, it's 2-3 days.

      We always defer to the shipping address provided at checkout, so please double-check that your address is correct when ordering!

      When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail notification with USPS tracking information. If you have any questions about your order, reach out to us - we're here to help! We believe in fairness, kindness, and ultimately our customers' happiness. We want you guys to be 100% satisfied with your purchases, and we are willing to work with you to find a solution for any problem that might occur.

      Exchange Instructions

      To exchange your shirt, please do the following:

      Ship the item back to us using USPS (should be the cheapest option for you!).

      Please include with the item a note indicating:
      1. the size, style, State, and color you'd like to exchange for,
      2. your return address,
      3. your original order number,
      4. and your first and last name.

      When we receive your shirt, we'll print a new shirt for you and ship it back as soon as possible. All of our products are made to order - as such, please understand that there will be a short turn-around time for us to print you a new item, pack and ship it back to you!

      "Can I exchange this shirt for another one?"

      We know how difficult it can be to judge the correct size when ordering online. Because of this, we gladly accept exchanges - provided that your product meets the following criteria:

      • All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date of the product.
      • Products are eligible for exchange so long as they are UNWASHED and UNWORN.
      • The product you are requesting in exchange is equal in price to the product you originally purchased.


      If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund for the original cost of your items minus the shipping costs. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery date, and the garment must be unwashed and unworn.

      To send your item back for a refund, please follow the instructions for an exchange and include a note specifying that you'd like a full refund. When we receive your return, we'll credit your account immediately for the original cost of the item(s) minus shipping.

      Defects & Mistakes

      If something is wrong with your order upon delivery (ripped garment / wrong order received / wrong size received) PLEASE CONTACT US right away! We will send you a replacement item immediately and cover shipping costs if the problem is obviously our fault.
